Best chocolate chip cookie recipe on vegweb?

soo my dad would like me to bake some choco chi cookies for Thanksgiving this year...and I want them to be BANGING!~ which recip do you all recommend...vegan desserts are yummy and I NEED to pove it so to my vegan ignorant biased fam.... ;) ;)

Happy Vegan chocolate chip cookies ! I like to press them into a pan and make bars instead of cookies. They are the BEST!!! Don't forget the cinnamon!
just curious-- has anyone tried to use the actual tollhouse cookie recipe with subbing out earth balance or oil for the butter and ground flaxseed for the eggs?
heres the original:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks, 1/2 pound) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups (12-ounce package) NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 cup chopped nuts

yup. it's pretty good. no worse than actual tollhouse cookies, i think. i was never a very 'by the measurments' baker, though, especially with cookies, so i probably played with it a bit ::)

i made the first recipe suggested by kissmekate and they were really good. i made half of them in a flat pan, like a cookie sheet. and then i made some in a muffin pan. so they are little chocolate chip hockey pucks. and then that got me thinking, it would be a good thing for when i have babies, if they play sports. i could make perfecftly round chcolate chip cookies and then decorate them to look like hockey pucks or baseballs or soccer balls. and then, if i was driving an SUV and dyed my hair blond i would be the epitome of orange county soccer mom... everything i aspire to!
it was changed so that it was searchable....as cute as ship cookies are, it wouldn't come up for people looking for chip cookies...
