aw, I'm sorry about Moe-Moe, 4mb. My mom is a pet groomer and unless he was also super matted underneath, they could have easily found a way to leave at least a few inches of hair on him. It could also be because he didn't like being brushed out. When dogs are acting scared or seem like they might bite when a groomer is brushing them, sometimes they'll just forget about it and shave them instead.

I never thought of that. Moe-Moe has hip dysplasia so his hind legs are really sensitive. Since your mom is a groomer, does she know of any safe sunscreen that I can use on him. I'm really afraid that he is going to get sunburned :-\ He LOVES laying in the sun all day :)

I used to have a dog who looked very much like Moe-Moe.  Good thing nobody ever shaved him, because all that fur covered up a lot of harmless but ugly fatty-tumors.  ;D

Hey shelloid, I'm doing alright! How are you??

hehe I asked my friend about Bailey's teddybear, he said "it was his first toy, he played with it a lot!"

I've only had him since March 30th, so I missed out on that.  I just heard stories about him from my friend, and saw these two pictures..  The one I posted above, and this one below.. When I first saw the pictures I was like "OMG! I want him!" and he shared stories about how he was a "mean kitty" and would bite me (the picture below I commented how I wanted to rub his tummy)! :)

He really isn't so terrible, just moody sometimes.. The sad thing is, if he were raised with patience and kindness he would really be the sweetest kitty!  But he was in a home with lots of people, and the only one who was nice to him was my friend.  They had a small dog that would chase him around too, and another cat that picked on him. :\ I really don't think he's being mean just to be vicious, I think he's mostly just scared.  He needs some time to realize he doesn't have to be afraid anymore!  His first day he'd growl at my other cat, but he's gotten used to her since.  I don't know if he'll warm up to the dogs any time soon though. lol He just growls and runs off to hide if he sees them.  Is it too optimistic to hope that he might be OK with them some day?

When he was at the shelter they told me that they were having a "heck of a time with him" and he was backed into the corner of a cage growling and hissing at people, so they covered him up.  My friend said he pooped on one of the women that worked there, I don't know how a cat would manage that, must have been bad! :x

LoL I shocked a lot of people by adopting him! But I just love him, quirks and all! <3
Although I'm sure he has a nicer home here, I still think it's very sad that an adult cat was taken away from his human.
