My budgie Zeke...

I just went in to feed Yellow Bird and Zeke and Zeke was dead. Both Pogo and Zeke died within a week of each other. Pogo and Zeke were extremely close. This is so not a good week. I got them on the same day and they died basically together. They were only about 4 1/2 years old. I was going to set up their huge cage this week-end. Now little Yellow Bird will be all alone. I am so very sad. Please say a prayer for them.

Ohhh Di, how sorry I am. Now we know why they used to call them "love birds"...they're inseperable and if one dies the other often follows. Poor you, what a hard week it has been. (((Di)))
If it's any consolation, and I know it isn't, Sweetheart is back to his old self today.
I am feeling your pain, honey. (((More hugs))) :'( :'(

Thank you so much! Now I am worried about Yellow Bird. I was setting up their big new home this week-end. Would comfortably house 10 budgies. Now it is just Yellow Bird.

I am so glad Sweetheart is back to his old self!!!! He must have just caught a little chill.

Zeke is still in my hand because I am not ready to put him in the little box on the balcony with Pogo yet. Must go and do it though.

I do believe with Cali, Pogo, Zeke and the massive rip up of my place with all the renovations, I am going to go into hiding for awhile.
