Feed her rice with nutritional yeast and salt. And switch it every other day with rice and cranberrys. The rice will help her gain weight, nutrional yeast and cranberrys are great for animals. Another great thing, if you have it around, are super foods supplement. An all natural, all vegetable one.
I tried the rice. she ate some at first but now she wont eat that either. she just wants tuna or human food. I dont know how long she been outside, she is really skinny. I dont know what to do
How is kitty doing?
Here is a nice list of human foods not safe for kitties.

Cooked eggs, steamed cabbage, BABY FOOD!!!! (I've been doing this for my cats, have more than enough $$ for foodstamps, but am otherwise EXTREMELY short!) I've been combining chicken or turkey with a sweet potato chicken dinner and adding it to the wet food I have to feed mine. You can also then add BROWN rice to the baby food. (Brown is less processed, and more nutritious.) She could also be simply not feeling well enough to eat.
She may also have worms, most strays do, and that will make her extremely thin and hard to gain weight. Check with your vet for a de- worm pill or liquid.
Try wetting down the cat food with tuna water or milk. This usually works for me. Sometimes, strays aren't use to cat food and need a little encouragement.
