These were good... I used quick oats and they held together fine... I also halved the recipe and still got 8 burgers! I also didn't have wheat germ so i just substituted extra quick oats...

This soup is AMAZING! I read all the other reviews and made some changes...

-6 cups "chicken" broth instead of 2 cans
-1 tsp fennel seed
-1 tbs nutritional yeast
