What song is stuck in your head today?

WHY oh why is it that the song that gets stuck in your head and goes roundandround all day is never one you actually LIKE? In fact, it's usually one you hate!

And if not, you hate it by the end of the day.

Today I'm stuck with a song from "Guys and Dolls": Sit down you're rocking the boat.
Sigh.

What's in your head today?

Right now...a woman skat-singing the theme tune to the French series, "Nestor Burma."

Beats the crap out of "Goldfinger" which I got earlier today.

Come my love, I'll tell you a tale
of a boy and girl and their love story
and how he loved her oh, so much,
and all the charms she did possess.

Now this did happen once upon a time
When things were not so complex.
And how he worshipped the ground she walked on.
When he looked in her eyes, he became obsessed.

My love is like a storybook story.
But it's as real as the feelings I feel.
My love is like a storybook story.
But it's as real as the feelings I feel;
it's as real as the feelings I feel

This love was stronger than the powers so dark,
A prince could have within his keeping;
His spells to weave and steal a heart
Within her breast, but only sleeping.

He said, "Don't you know I love you oh, so much,
And lay my heart at the foot of your dress?"
She said, "Don't you know that storybook loves
Always have a happy ending?"
  :)>>>

Then he swooped her up, just like in the books,
And on his stallion they rode away.

You light the skies up above me
A star so bright you blind me
Don't close your eyes
Don't fade away, don't fade away

Yeah, you and me we can ride on a star
If you stay with me girl
We can rule the world
Yeah, you and me we can light up the sky
If you stay by my side
We can rule the world

.....

All the stars are coming out tonight
They're lighting up the sky tonight
For you, for you
All the stars are coming out tonight
They're lighting up the sky tonight
For you, for you

I did not like this song, until I saw the movie Stardust. :) (Which is better than the book, by the way, although the book was pretty good.)

We didn't start the fire
It was always burning
Since the world's been turning
We didn't start the fire
No we didn't light it
But we tried to fight it

I don't know why this is in my head. I haven't heard this song in forever.

Thanks.............

This song is often in my head....I think it's b/c my dad's TV station made a video of a fire they had in the newsroom...that was like The Office.

ABBA's "Waterloo" suddenly did a right-about in my head and morphed into The Bay  City Rollers singing:
Let's go, huggin' and a-kissin' in the moonlight.
I know, you and I together will be so right.
Let's go, girl I told your mama and it's all right.
We'll be alone baby, I'll walk you home in the moonlight.

(Hold me, I'm scared. It won't stop.)  :-D

Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters,
and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat;
yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.
Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread?
and your labour for that which satisfieth not?
hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good,
and let your soul delight itself in fatness.

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, as sung by the California Raisins in that claymation Christmas special from like 1985.  DH had never heard of the California Raisins so I went on youtube to show him, and that's what I came up with.  He said, "I've seen them before, but I didn't know they were the California Raisins.  I just thought they were raisins that sing and dance...you know, like normal raisins."  ::)
