TV shows you're ashamed you watch

There's some TV shows out there that I feel down right ashamed for liking. What show are you embarased to admit that you can't wait to watch?
For me It's got to be Charm School. I loved last season with the Flavor Flav girls and this season is pretty darn good with the Rock of Love chicks. Next to that, I admit, Tila Tequila: Shot at Love, was also one of my dirty little secrets. >:D :-X
3rd Rock was one of my favorite shows when i was a teenager. Now 30 Rock is one of my favorite show, no shame in admitting that actually. :D

secret life of the american teenager for surrrreeee!!!! it's the best show because its so retarded. i just call it the pregnant girl show. and there's this one line that ben or whatever his name is says "hey, i was just hiding in your bushes". my sisters and i were like WTF?!?! that's so ridiculous! i love that show. too bad it doesnt start again til february.
A sitcom made in Quebec called "Catherine." The French is so different from the Paris variety they broadcast it with subtitles here...For some reason it reminds me of "The Golden Girls" which is silly because it's about young women. It's addictive...very, very silly, but addictive.

heck yeah! the second he asked her to marry her, i was like wtf?!?!?!!? you're like 10!!! haha. these show-maker people are smart, they made a show so ridiculous that you can't help but watch in amazement.
The Tyra show. It's crazy. That's its selling point. It's just too much. But I can't help but watch when I'm home. It was on late night on Oxygen or WE last night, but I'd already seen those episodes. Uggh.
I can't really say that I am ashamed, but I have find myself very addicted to True Blood. Must be the opening theme song and the very hot men. Do I need a reason, really?
