I have just recently discovered this cooking show a few months ago but decided I should share in case some others have never heard of it. It is a PBS all vegetarian cooking show and there are a LOT of vegan recipes, too, and the recipes that aren't labeled "vegan" can easily be made vegan just by subbing margarine for butter or something else simple like that.
