Weekly Giveaway: Kid Konserve Lunch Box! {winner is Dandelion1122}

My dad loves hummus, and so for Father's Day, he's gonna get about a gallon of it. I'm not messing around, I go big or go home. In fact, if I restrict myself to making just one bucket, I'm showing excellent restraint. I whip up enough to feed a large army, and usually eat hummus on everything for a week or two—there are worse problems to have. The best way to transport the good stuff is with a Kid Konserve (http://store.kidskonserve.com/) lunch box. These reusable, waste-free lunch kits include a recycled cotton sack, cloth napkin, stainless steel beverage bottle, and food kozy. You couldn't ask for a more perfect lunch carrier for a kid or an adult.

For your chance to win one, let us know what your Father's Day eating plans are. Giveaway ends Tuesday, June 21 at midnight, the winner will be selected randomly, and you must live in the US to win.

Good luck!

p.s. Are you getting the VegWeb Weekly? It's our free food-filled newsletter and you can sign up by just entering your email on the home page or on this page in the left hand bar!

We're getting a brand new grill this weekend so we plan on grilling up a whole slew of veggies, dogs and burgers :)  Woooo can't wait for grilled corn on the cob!

Someone else will be cooking at my dad's house, but I'm definitely bringing one or two vegan side dishes!

I hope my dad and I will be able to go out to lunch or dinner together with my Pop-pop. They aren't veggie though, so it'll have to be a mixed-restaurant... that's OK though, it's his day!

After reading all those delish recipe ideas in this newsletter, we may just have to have a father's day cookout.  Thanks for the mouth-watering ideas.  (I'm craving potatoes now, too.)

I'm far away from my dad, so my Father's Day is going to be pretty uneventful, to be perfectly honest. I will be giving him a call, though!

Well, since I don't really have a dad, per se, I am going to celebrate by experimenting in the kitchen. I'm thinking of a veggie & bean casserole with a mashed cauliflower/nutritional yeast sauce. We'll see what happens.....

(Considering I don't get along with my father...) my mum, my sister, and I are going to my grandparent's house and having dinner/pie with me grandfather. We're making either an apple or rhubarb pie, and probably grilling up some burgers (bean burgers!)
