#1 Cooking secret/tip?  Don't be afraid to try something new even it it seems too far out of your comfort zone.

Best music to cook by?  What ever is playing on my favorite christian radio station.

Three people you'd most like to have dinner with?  I would like to have dinner with my family since I miss them ever since moving out on my own. All time favorite restaurant? Etho's Vegan restaurant. 

French fries or ice cream? French fries (It was a tough decision).

Soy milk, rice milk, almond milk? Almond Milk

Tofu, tempeh, or seitan? I'm not a big fan of any of the faux meat products.
