I have some firm tofu sittin' around and it's almost dinner time, I was wondering which recipe I would choose... Any suggestions? Weheee :)

I beg to differ. I keep touting this recipe and no one seems to have prepared or reviewed it yet. Tofu With Veggies and Couscous: http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=15876.0 Simple, fast and delicious, particularly if you press the tofu first but good anyway. It's not even my recipe.
I tried to make General Tao and the breading fell off in the pan. But the recipe above is fail-safe and tasty.

I haven't actually made this, but have been wanting to, I've had yummy seitan picatta, but since I don't always have seitan made, this looks good!
