What's for Breakfast?

I am a vegan with children. I want them to have a good vegan breakfast with out to many carbs before school.  I'd appreciate suggestions ???

Scrambled firm tofu with salt, some turmeric powder, peppers, and onions. Ooh, and maybe mushrooms. And liquid aminos like Dr. Bragg's.

I always enjoy a choco-PB-banana shake: chocolate powder & soymilk (or chocolate soymilk - i often use chocolate vegan protein powder), some peanut butter, and a soft banana all blended up with ice. DELISH!

I have made that scrambled tofu as well, it is also great with nutritional yeast sprinkled on at the end and some cayenne, if you like spice!

This is about lunches that are vegan and for kids.  There are a good many things here I have made in bulk and the kids liked them for breakfast too.  I think this gal makes some of this ahead and you can too.

scrambled tofu is amazing! i like it with sun dried tomatoes and basil
