What is your favorite broccoli recipe?

I love the spinach and broccoli quiche on this website but am looking for something new to try with my broccoli.

Any suggested recipes?

I really like broccoli and "chicken" stir fry's with a spicy sauce.  Or, if I don't have any fake meat available, I'll just throw in other veggies, but I like to make broccoli the star

Not really a recipe, but I love roasted broccoli.  Tossed with a little olive oil, nutritional yeast, seasonings of choice (Spicy Montreal Steak Seasoning and garlic powder are great!), and cooked in a shallow dish at 400 F for around 30 minutes or until they begin to look a little brown or crisp in places = deliciousness.

I came in to say this, but I've never used nooch with it. I love the crispy broccoli. I tend to do really simple things with broccoli. I did make some spring rolls yesterday that included broccoli, but I usually just do the roasted, throw it in a stirfry, or just steam with oo, garlic powder, s and p, and pepper flakes.

The nooch gives it that cheeziness without the gooey, at least to me.  I put nooch on oven fries with chili powder, garlic powder and sea salt too.  Roasted broccoli is simple and oh so good!

I second the Julie's Broccoli with Garlic Sauce.  I do omit the ginger though.  Yummy.  My daughter loves the broccoli "cheeze" casserole I created from the cashew cheese sauce on this site.

I also really like Julie's Broccoli with Garlic Sauce...I think I cut a little of the sugar though.
