Want to feed some picky omnis

I used to trade babysitting with my friend, I'd take her daughter one day a week, and she'd watch mine another. Now, her husband has lost his job, so she's still watching my daughter, but I'm not watching hers-she's staying home w/ daddy. I really should pay her, but we have no money, and won't next week either. (I had 30.00 for groceries and gas this week). Problem is, they don't eat a very big variety of foods. She mostly eats chicken, no red meat, no fish, they eat a lot of fruit and nuts. Nothing spicy. The daughter is super-picky. What would be good for maybe a dinner and dessert?
Lasagna, maybe?

Anyone have any brilliant suggestions? HELP!

i think lasagna is always a good idea, it can be pretty cheap to make too.  maybe some banana bread or cinnamon swirl bread too?

taco lasagna... no fake meats or anything that's for sure... here it is: http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=27997.0

I use flour tortillas, replace the nut yeast queso sauce with taco sauce/ enchilada sauce, and use refried black beans instead

Serve with some salad

Sorry if that seems too spicy... you could just use mild sauce

I'd go with something they'd be familiar with then try to do some fake meat meal

Dinner: Minestrone soup, Lentil soup, chili, tostadas, fajitas, lasagna, stuffed shells or stuffed bell peppers

Dessert: Banana bread, oatmeal raisin cookies, chocolate chip cookies, blueberry muffins, banana chocolate chip muffins

the cinnamon swirl bread is really good - just make sure you add some vanilla to the batter.  AND - it's cheap to make. no fruit or nuts required.
