Veggie bologna & salami uses - besides a sandwich?

Hey everyone,
I'm looking for ideas for using veggie bologna & salami. I never end up eating it fast enough, so unless it can be frozen, does anyone have any ideas for using veggie bologna & salami slices in something besides a sandwich?
I fry up my veggie balogna just like meaty meat balogna. You have to use a bit more oil or butter like replacement, otherwise it turns into cardboard, but if you take care of that, it turns out quite well.
They can be frozen. But besides that, you could cut up the salami and use it in pasta or an anti-pasto platter, just like real salami. You can roll them up in crescent rolls and bake for lunch. Other-wise I just use them in different kinds of sandwiches. Hmmmm.
Make a big monte cristo, and then don't buy so many next time!
Salami- use it in pizzas
Bologna-spread veggie cream cheese on it and eat it like that. (I think it would be good with that).
