Does anyone have a recipe or a name of a company that produces Vegan Bleu Cheese? I have been trying my hardest to find one but have had no results. Thanks

Joanne (or Jo) Stepaniak has a couple recipes in her Ultimate Uncheese Cookbook called Creamy Bleu Cheez Dressing and Chunky Roquefort Dip & Dressing. The cookbook can be found on Amazon.com.
