That looks pretty good! I'm not a tofu fan either, but I may have to try that out with some gluten free noodles...hmm

sorry - i hate to rain on your parade but the rice shreds you have in the recipe arent vegan. maybe you could suggest they use a different brand of vegan mozzarella cheese.

That's what i was thinking... That brand has animal bi-products :(... Good sounding recipe though... Keep posting! FUCK SNEAKY INGREDIENTS! I accidentally bought the same brand when I first went vegan... Seemingly vegan but not, I threw the crap away and reminded myself how important it is to NEVER ASSUME! Shit many brands of canned vegetable soup have bi-products in them! Yes, they even pollute vege soup... Sad, sad world :(

that brand does have a vegan line, but it clearly says Rice Vegan on it and unfortunately mozzarella isnt one of the flavors included.

hah sorry i didnt mean to fyl - it's an easy change, you should just send a message to the admin and switch it out for a different product. or even just say 8oz vegan mozzarella, people can choose daiya or teese, etc.
