Ricemellow Creme

Hi everyone,
on my recent trip to the US I bought some Ricemellow Creme... I used to like Marshemellow cream when I was a kid and bought it on a whim...
now I have no idea what to do with it? Has anyone else tried it? What do you use it on?

I used to like banana, marshmellow cream and pb sandwiches...anyone tried this?

I like having sandwiches with ricemallow cream, fruit preserves and peanut butter...but I also like having it s'mores style spread on a graham cracker with some dark chocolate. But I also have a big ol' container of ricemallow fluff that I'm trying to use up as well and am running out of ways to use it. Fudge maybe?

Rice Crispy Treats people!  That is where Ricemellow shines.

I use a recipe off YouTube that is roughly: 1/4c Earth Balance, half the Ricemellow tub, melt it down in a large pot for 3 minutes or so, add 3 cups crispies and pat into a pan.  mmmmm Ricemellow treats!

The Ricemellow Creme taste wonderful. I made rice krispie treats using the Ricemellow you got me, Cali. They were very good but I couldn't get them to hold together and ended up eating them with a spoon. Do you or anyone else have some advice on how to firm up my rice krispie treats?

Does the ricemellow taste like marshmellows?  I'm interested in making a batch of rice crispy treats for some classmates but don't want them to taste "off."

Omigod amy, those sound to die for. I think you only use half the tub of ricemellow creme for the rice krispies, i'll use the other half for the oatmeal cream pies :)

Getting crispy treats to hold together its an art I dont have perfected yet.  If you heat the EB & Ricemellow for to little time, it doesnt hold together.  If you heat it too long, it tastes almost burny and doesnt disperse through the crispys well.

I kind of watch for the color change and then give it a minute or two after that.  ALso compression once they go in the pan helps just a little bit.  But you dont want to press so much that you crush the crispies.  Its a hard thing to master really.  I made small batches so if I mess up, I can redo to fix it.

Swirl it into brownies, people! Corinnas sent me some and my husband just dipped chocolate into it. He was soooo happy.
