I am about to juice this. I was on the fence about what juice was going to be my dinner. Thanks for the inspiration!

With smoothes you can add nuts and an avacado with fruit. It makes it creamer and the fat and protein help it to feel like more of a meal than a beverage. I soak the almonds first to help with digestion.

just keep it low fat. check out: 30bananasaday.com (good site, but definitely "dogmatic" in their specific belief system) fitonraw.com
check out youtube also there are tons of fantastic channels all about raw foods - daraduniet , liferegenerator, kevingianni, rawfoodworld, rawgangster, lovingraw, okayraw and more (which I can't remember off top of my head) I also have a few raw food recipes on my channel - faylinameir But I can't add more til I get my computer fixed :(
As far as fats go, don't worry too much about your fat contents when you first transition, thats just my opinion. Also I firmly believe (and speaking from experience) its best to go at it slowly, smoothies are the best option in my opinion. Some people say juicing but thats hardcore in my opinion (this coming from someone who owns a 400 dollars juicer and still doesn't like juicing).
Breakfast: fruit smoothie with some greens snuck in, slowly increasing the greens as time goes on snack: fruit Lunch: cooked meal of some form - steamed grains with some cooked greens and some fruit snack: fruit or skip dinner: fresh salad with tons of different toppings. Eat with colors, the more the better. Try making a tahini dressing or something (you can use nonraw dressings while transitioning, again you don't have to go gungho)
This is just a suggestion, but in my opinion raw foods is about simple.
I wish you the best of luck and my tip is don't get caught up in the dogma of raw foods, 100% isn't for most people. It is okay to add steamed veggies or cooked grains into your diet. 100% raw isn't always better than 80% just listen to your body.

I agree with faylinameir that eating raw food is simple and listening to your body for how much raw food you need. A good friend of mine who is a nutritionist says that certain foods need to be cooked to help the nutrients asborb in our body. Just keep food as close to it whole form as possible. I visit www.goneraw.com for good recipes. Plus preparing raw food meals is really time consuming. One week I tried all meals raw food and I spent so much time preparing the food. Then buying a good dehydrator to make the stuff like meatballs, burgers and such gets expensive.
just keep it low fat.
