Help! Cookie disaster!

I was just making these no-bake oatmeal cookies that I've made in the past with success:

But this time instead of following the recipe exactly, I did what others had done and halved the sugar.  Without that extra sugar the oats didn't stick together, so now I have a huge cocoa-oatey mess!  :(  I started making balls out of it as best I could and rolling them in melted chocolate, but the chocolate cools so fast that the oats keep falling apart again as I'm rolling them around.  I had what look like a couple of successes, and half a dozen others that are just flops.  What do I do with the rest (about 2 1/2 cups!) of this stuff??!!!  :-\

Add the rest of the sugar? They're cookies, they aren't supposed to be healthy!

eat it with a spoon  :)

Well, it turns out that's how we're doing it. I was planning to mix it with peanut butter and roll little balls of it in cocoa powder, but when the boyfriend got home and started eating it out of the dish, he forbid me to touch it.  ::)

Tonight he microwaved some of it in a bowl with some banana slices. It's pretty much awesome.
