gigantor monster zucchini from outer space

i work for a horticulture company, and sometimes other employees bring in food they've grown for everyone to share. so someone has brought in 2 huge, i mean HUGE! zucchinis in and they've been sitting on the table in the lunch room for 2 days. i think no one's claimed them because they are so large and intimidating. they are like zucchini linebackers. they are the size of my thighs. i'm not kidding.
so i guess i'm going to try to do something with them so they don't go to waste, but i don't really know what to do with something that size. the logical choice would be to make zucchini bread, but i was going to see if anyone else had some creative ideas. has anyone worked with zucchini this size before??

Thanks so much!

zucchini bread. for sure.
Lasagna using thinly sliced zuchinni for the lasagna noodles. That may be good.
Bread
Soup
Stew
Cover with tomato sauce and pretend it's sketty
Raw zucchini is OK in salads but you need a garlicky vinaigrette that will make it sit up and take notice...oh, wait, do you WANT veggies that sit up and take notice? ;D
I agreee with Baypuppy--we're gonna need to see pics of these alien's pretending to be vegetables! :D
OMG! I love zuccinni bread! Have you thought about doing a ravoli with them? Or adding diced zuccinni to chili? No matter what you do with them, I'm sure it will be good!

They're reeeally yummy! :)
Stuffed zucchini boats!!!
Cut them lengthwise & scoop out the middle. Mix up some of the flesh with whatever you want, I would do some tomatoe sauce, a couple of chopper up veggie burgers & maybe some precooked rice or just breadcrumbs & seasonings & nut yeast. Stuff back in the zucchini shells. Then bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes
A number of years ago my family had a garden; we grew zucchini because my mom, well, loves zucchini. For a few years the zucchini came out ginormous... not sure why. Anyway, there's lots of "fancy" things to do with zucchini, but if you chop them up and sauté (maybe with some mushrooms, garlic, and onions) they cook down a lot. Shouldn't be too hard to eat either, being mostly bereft of calories and all. Of course, if they're the size of your thighs, that may be a problem...
zucchini and potatoes with olive oil and lemon juice
these are like, zucchini yachts! zucchini oceanliners!
oh man, i'm gonna try to post a picture when i get off work. i'm guessing this thing is the equivalent of 6+ small/regular zucchini. mind sufficiently blown.
Batter them and fry them. Not healthy, but tasty.
if you have so much zuccini, you can do more than just one thing!!! I'm so jealous, I love zuccini!
Also, you can do all kinds of fun garnishes with zucchini:

ok, there are pics of this thing on my profile!
thanks for all the ideas guys, they're great. i'm going to be eating zucchini for the next 2 months.
i am still standing by my bread recommendation. you could use up like half of one of those. yes, they are as big as your thigh, but your thigh is tiny.

Clearly what you need are zucchini leg warmers. ::)

I love these things!
You can also shred it and then freeze it in bread recipe size portions for the winter. Usualy freezing zuces doesn't work too well but it's fine for baking purposes.
Shoot! That one is as big as your head and neck. Da-yum (southern accent ;) ), that's one big zuke. You could carve it out and go canoeing. :o
dang! double dang!
god, i miss the south. let me try to think of some kind of colloquiollism........
that's big as all outdoors!
Are you sure that zucchini isn't a watermelon???? :o
