Freezing cheeze?

I wanted to take advantage of VE's sale on Teese, but there's no way I'd use up 2-4 blocks of Teese anytime soon.
I'm currently away at college, and would have to have it sent home before I get back in 6 days.
Would it be ok to freeze them, or would they be...gross when defrosted?
I froze my shredded Daiya and it thawed and tasted perfectly....so I think it's ok
Yeah. I've frozen Daiya. But never Teese. I don't know if theres a difference. I think I've heard of people freezing it though?
I used to always shred and then freeze follow your heart and it worked fine. I've frozen it in a block as well but I always forgot to take it out to defrost before I needed it, so shredding it in advance worked better. I don't know about Teese but I'd imagine that it's pretty similar.

I do this too, and I freeze my Daiya its always fine.
