Hello,
I'm relatively new on this website. I have been a vegetarian for most of my life, but didn't actually pay much attention to cooking.
However, I have endometriosis and adenomyosis, had my 2nd surgery a while back and am paying more attention to my diet in general now.
There are so many great-sounding recipes here, that I wonder what your favorite recipe on this website is. It doesn't matter whether you posted that recipe or whether it is someone elses.
Greetz from Germany,
Melanie
Hi Melanie!
(I live in Germany too!)
There are some REALLY great recipes on this website. I can't even begin to decide on the best... I love the sweet potato burritos. I'm browsing right now for Thanksgiving recipes!
This site really helps spice up your normal menu. :)
Tough question! My instinctive answer is "the latest recipe I've tried/posted" but that won't do. I have to say I LOVE the homemade tomato soup recipe, but hands-down is the Yummy Nut Loaf...it freezes well, keeps well and is delicious twice...while baking and while you're eating it! Note, though--it makes a LOT for one person.
dragonfly's bulk dry uncheese mix

OMG...the "Instant Strawberry Tofrutti" is my all time favorite...I make it everyday for breakfast, or dessert, or just because...
the silken soft tofu is so smooth, you wouldn't guess that it is tofu...and the ginger ale adds such a kick to the strawberries, I add fructose to make it a little sweeter, but it is wonderful.
