favorite cookies?

We're having a cookie raffle at work. I'd like to do it--because I feel the vegans have to represent--but my cookies aren't the best. That's my husband's department! What are your favorite omni-sucessful cookie recipes?

the sugar cookies called granny B's(I think thats the name) are great, and easy!

These have gotten rave reviews from many people to whom I've served them:

I use half white and half brown sugar.

I've had great success with these two recipes:

The Lemon Zingers, Recommended from another VegWebber on an earlier post.

Thumbprint Cookies Easy, pretty, tasty with some healthy ingredients.

I second the lemon zinger recipe. They are AWESOME and very soft.

Also, these molasses cookies are my favorite: http://www.recipezaar.com/Healthy-Soft-Molasses-Cookies-276512 - they get really flat, with crunchy edges, and soft middles. Yum!

I buy mine from The Chicago Diner. Rather, The Chicago Diner via Whole Foods.

I'm lazy. BUT I have made the scones on here and I like them more than cookies. But it's been so long I've forgotten which ones. Oh and I think I made peanut butter ones on here with raw almond butter once.

I'm no help. It's been too long and now I'm a lazy vegan.

I'm about to make these (subbing cornstarch for the tapioca flour)!

eta: they taste really good..but came out really crinkly on the tops...not my favorite

eta2: well, apparently they are P's favorites! He even commented on their appearance, and said they looked like "cookbook picture cookies." Hm.

Yeah, these are our new favorites! I've made them with cornstarch and with tapioca flour..and they are definitely better with the tapioca flour. I liked 2 inch ones better than 3 inch.  :)
