Does anyone have a chickpea and broccoli dish recipe that they would be willing to share?
Thank You!

I have a stir fry that I use both those ingredients in. Off the top of my head, here it is:
oil 2 cups chilled cooked rice 2 cups veggies -- broccoli & mushrooms are good approx 1/3 - 1/2 of a cup of orange juice concentrate -- do not dilute with water! approx 2-4 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 can garbanzo or kidney beans - drained & rinsed
In your pan or wok, heat the oil, oj concentrate & soy sauce to taste. Toss in the veggies/broccoli & chilled rice & cook till the veggies are tender. Finally, add the beans & heat through. Serve immediately.

There's a Chickpea Broccoli Casserole in the Vegan with a Vengeance cookbook. In case you don't have the cookbook, here's a link to this recipe posted over on Recipezaar: http://www.recipezaar.com/315143

Thanks, AC, I didn't even realize that the post was old.
Propinecone, thanks, now I don't feel like such a numbskull for posting on this old thread. Let us know if you make the VWAV dish. I've been meaning to make it, but haven't yet. It looks like a really simple, tasty veggie dish that you can leave as-is or jazz up as you like. By the way, Recipezaar has lots of great recipes, both cookbook and original. You can also keep a cookbook/recipe box over there like you can here with all of the dishes you want to try or have tried and love. I've made a few good recipes from that site. Just today, I made a sandwich which is super tasty from that site. Perhaps I'll start a Recipezaar thread.
