'cheese' and pastry recipe

I am having a vegan dinner party and i would like to make stuffed peppers also i would like to make a tart what pastry can i use? Also can i use olive oil margarine.

what kind of tart? sweet or savory? theres tons of recipes on here for pie crusts and pepperidge farms prepackaged frozen puff pastry is vegan , too.
what brand is the olive oil margarine? straight up olive oil is great to use in vegetable recipes instead of even dealing with using any kind of margarine.
i think the puff pastry you buy at the store is vegan. the kind in the frozen section. i bet making your own would be pretty easy too. but i've never done it! nor made a tart.
hey thanks for your help, where would i find pie recipes on this site. i have looked. i think i have found frozen pastry with canola oil no egg, so i guess that is ok. i will make a asparagus tart i think. now i just have to find recipe for 'ricotta cheese'
1. to find a ricotta recipe, look any lasagna recipe on here and use that as a guide to make your ricotta. it's sooooo simple, just mash up some tofu and mix in some nutritional yeast, garlic, basil, salt, etc. - you'll find lots of more specific recipes on here. or just google 'tofu ricotta' im sure a bunch of recipes will pop up.
2. for a pie crust just type "pie crust" into the search box on the top left of your screen. or click on the 'recipes' tab at the top left and go to the 'recipes by category' option. you'll find all the different categories. or if you're looking for a specific kind of pie, type that - like "cherry pie" and use the quotes around it.
