Bake Sale! Help!

I've been drafted to represent the V team for a bake sale at my college. I can bake a little, but I haven't done much since becoming vegan. Does anyone have any delicious, crowd pleasing, fool proof recipes? It also helps if they're super cheap, we have meager funds. Should I just go out and get one of Isa Chandra's books?

This recipe is AMAZING.
Super high in calories.
Bound to get an omnivores attention.
:)
Good luck!
Joy of Vegan Baking has a lot of really good, easy recipes, and not a lot of "weird" ingredients. See if your library has it. Check out the cookbook forum for lots of reviews of all kinds of dessert recipes(even some from bake sales!).
Vegan Cookies Invade your Cookie Jar and Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World are both good books and are cheap ($15.00). I do not have the cupcake book but there are many great reviews in the cookbook lab. The cookies book has a few fall recipes that would be fun to make. There are many great recipes that are easy to make and do not call for hard to find ingredients. A couple cookies I suggest having are chocolate chip cookies and either PB cookies or oatmeal cookies. Good luck with the bake sale. I'm sure you will have fun. ;)b
Sorry I'm a little late, but here's probably the most complete collection of online vegan bake sale tips, including ideas on what to bake: http://www.veganbakesale.org/veganbakesale/vbs-links-bake-sale-tips.html.The veganbakesale.org web site also has lots of links to sources of good vegan baking recipes, including the ones here. Of course, you can't go wrong with Isa's books or Joy of Vegan Baking. Plug: the third annual Worldwide Vegan Bake Sale is coming up this April...
