Easy and very moist. The coconut and mango combination is really good. I was tempted to add some cardamom and I'm glad I didn't because it's a nice, simple fruit cake.
My Mom used to make peanut butter balls when I was little so I was eager to try this recipe and relive the days of jungle gyms and class birthday parties.
Mine didn't look as pretty as those photos, but I think it was because I either took it out before it was thoroughly cooled or didn't grease the grooves of the bundt pan enough.
