This was yummy, but I thought that the vinegar flavoring was overwhelming. I might try 1 tbsp next time and just add extra lime juice or olive oil if I need more liquid.

DELICIOUS! I added some squash and oregano and I found that by the time I sauteed each of the veggies individually, it only needed to simmer for 5-10 minutes at the end.
I have tried some modifications...I think it works well with a little less applesauce (3/4 cup) and sometimes I add a handful of raisins and/or 1 tbsp ground flax seeds.
