Ok, these were definitely different. The flavor combination was a bit too unusual to me probably since I am not the biggest dill fan or mustard fan for that matter. I will try other spice
I make these when I can find delicata squash since they just need to be peeled and then are basically already thin enough to make nice eady fry shapes. I could eat them all myself (and have).
