That looks super easy and tasty. I'm just not sure what to replace the oil with in something like this. After so long of not using ANY oil in my cooking, my body would revolt if I used that much.
Made this last night with veggie pasta (beet, tomato, and spinach with fun matching colors). It was pretty good, but felt like it was missing something.
Why have I never thought of this?! I was gonna try green tea flavored 'cakes next time I make some, but I think these might have to be first. Awesome idea!
