I love, love, love this Chili. It's so easy to add any extra veggies I have on hand. (Usually extra mushrooms and zucchini.) I do reccomend adding some spice, because it does come out very mild.
I just made this and it's soo delicious, simple, and I feel healthy eating it. The parsley and lemon really bring out a flavor I didn't expect, but like. Very fresh!
Thanks for the recipe! This soup tasted just as it's supposed to! I like it a little thicker, so I added some cornstarch and extra nutritional yeast at the end.
