I really enjoyed this recipe. I didn't have a ton of apple cider vinegar, so for the reduction sauce I mixed balsamic and ACV. I also didn't have couscous so I used quinoa instead.
Loved this! Forgot to add salt/pepper to the onion mix (will do next time), but still was super good! Made it with butternut squash instead of pumpkin because that's what we had ;)
Ohmygosh, these we're sooooo amazing. I doubled the recipe because we were having people over and I followed some other people's advice and added in Paprika.
This was okay. Maybe I did something wrong, but they just seemed to come out kind of dense and bland. Maybe I didn't put enough onion? :-\ I don't know.
