Bean&Shroom Burgers

What you need: 

8-9 ounces red kidney beans, mashed
4 small white mushrooms, diced
1 tablespoon nondairy milk (I use rice milk)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil

What you do: 

1. Mix together kidney beans, mushrooms, rice milk and vegan bread crumbs.
2. Heat oil over medium heat in a shallow pan. Split the bean mixture in 1/2 and form it into 2 patties (you can freeze the other one for later if you like).
3. Fry it in the oil until brown on both sides. Serve howe'ver you prefer (in a pita is pretty good, or on dark rye).

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Hi!

Can anyone tell me what to do if the mixture is too wet?

I've been adding more breacrumbs, but I don't see it doing anything.
