Kidney Beans With Veggies

What you need: 

1/2 cup canned kidney beans (I use Heinz)
1 medium red potato
1 medium ripe tomato
red onion (as much as you like)
1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 cup broccoli
1 teaspoon olive oil
thyme, oregano, sweet paprika

What you do: 

Bake the potato and steam the broccoli. Put olive oil in pan and add garlic, onion and tomato and let it sit for 5 minutes. When the broccoli and the potato are ready-add the broccoli, cut the potato into cubs and add as well. add the kidney beans and let sit for 5 minutes. Add thyme, oregano and paprika. Eat Warm! Enjoy.

I overcooked the potatoes so they did not remiain "diced" when I mixed in with other ingredients, so maybe that is why I didn't really enjoy this recipe.  Thanks to Freebird for submitting it tho, it certainly is a healthy meal... just for me, a bit bland.
