does anyone have a fav recipe to share? i need to make a dessert for vday, and I figure this is the most festive one! if you have any other suggestions please let me know.

I haven't made this yet but would like to soon.  It is colored with beets instead of food coloring.  http://bittersweetblog.wordpress.com/2009/03/19/seeing-red/
