Your favorite sugar cookie recipe?

I might need to bake a large amount of sugar cookies w/icing for a work-related event. And very likely for the holidays too.
Do you have a favorite sugar cookie recipe you've tried and love?

The cookie part isn't especially sweet, so the icing really makes it.
I like http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=19555.0 (caitee's crazy cookies by pip). You might want to check out my mods, too. They are really easy, and yummy with lots of vanilla added. I made them with a lime icing.
This only reinforces my need to veganize my great grandma's sugar cookie recipie. They are soft, but sturdy and have orange juice and grated orange peel in them. I will eat no other. I need to work up a veg batch and get it posted here soon.
