Peshwari Naan recipe?

Hey everybody, I'm looking for a Peshwari Naan recipe or ANY stuffed naan recipes...

ALSO maybe any kind of whole grain naan recipe????? I guess I could make plain naan but with all whole wheat flour... but do you think i'd need to add some vital wheat gluten?  ???

I was kind of surprised I couldn't find anything peshwari-like in the recipe section... not much for naan on here. I will experiment and submit to remedy that!  :)  But first I need recipes...

Thanks!!

Thanks mdvegan!
Yep, I figured I'd sub with homemade sour cream (since I have some in the fridge.)
I'm about to try it out with whole wheat flour.
I'm totally craving this right now!!
Usually I just mix some marg, florida crystals, raisin, coconut and pistachios... and stick it in a warmed whole what pita. It's OK... but I want the real thing.
We shall see!

I think you will need to use regular or bread w.w. flour for naan, as it is yeast-raised.  I don't think pastry flour has enough gluten.

Then again, it's not that raised, so maybe it would work.

Well just to let you all know how it turned out...
I used this recipe. http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-make-naan-bread
It was easy to veganize. I used soymilk, sour dressing (from ultimatie uncheese) and WW flour. And tried baking with no oil/marg
Well it came out okay, my 2 year old loved it. But I don't think it tasted like naan at all... kind of like soft moist biscut. Mostly due to the WW  and no oil I'm sure. My husband and I try to watch starches and we both had a bite or two but it wasn't worth eating as a "cheat"
but I haven't given up... I will keep trying!  ;)  I don't think i can get ww pastry flour unless I buy it online.

secondbase, do you have a potato naan recipe???

We have never had naan come out well at home...  we've used a baking stone, but I think the whole hot brick oven set-up is key.  Ours always comes out kinda thick and puffy-ish, not thin and chewy with a few thicker spots, like when you go out to eat.
