I have four. Get Smart, Going to Extremes (hugely funny short lived series of student doctors that couldn't get into medical school in the US. It was filmed in Jamaica), Chicago Hope and the British comedy, Chef.
I bought season 1 and 2 of Beverly Hills 90210 and Melrose Place. OK, I bought the complete series of Chef too.

All of the Joss Whedon shows (especially FIREFLY, which only got one season!). Dead Like Me or Ren and Stimpy would also be awesome.
