Hi everyone.  I hope people will see this announcement here, as I didn't really know where I should put it...  This seems appropriate since it's a current event??  I'm going to post it here & under The Kitchen Sink.

Anyway, a vegan friend of mine told me about Food for Life, which is an organization that donates vegetarian/vegan food to countries needing hunger relief.  Obviously right now Haiti needs a lot of help, and FFL has an area on their website to donate toward Haitian relief.  They accept any donation amount, and even just $25 pays for 100 meals.  I wanted to share here because I know it can be hard to sort out which organizations are the most helpful for victims - and it's a bonus if they're vegan organizations!
