i looked at that list and cheated and only looked at the 'vegan' names because it was long but i saw the band 'life crisis' and if i am not mistaken isn't that our own adamcrisis' band? please confirm this, adam!

by the way, they weren't listed there because i don't think they are technically vegan but 'mainly' or something like that but the ditty bops are an excellent progressive band that i see as supporting the veg*n lifestyle.

I looked at the list and I'd have to say Lisa Edelstein because I love the show HOUSE and especially Hugh Laurie. He's such a smart a$$ on that.

I like Moby and Alicia Silverstone for taking a risk and being so open publicly about veganism. (Plus Moby's restaurant is amazing). But my personal fave is Casey Affleck, I have a huge crush on him!

I agree. I love Moby and does he ever put on a great concert! Alicia Silverstone has done a lot to make people aware of different food choices. I also like Woody Harrelson. I am pretty sure he is veggie, not sure if he is vegan.

Oh yeah, Woody Harrelson is another of the most outspoken vegans, he has been vegan for 10+ years. Nice choice!

Wow! I tend to avoid celebrity veg stuff because I always thought it was silly to idolize a celebrity for any reason even if they are vegan. But I will say that some of the names on that list shocked me! I was just looking at the vegan list.
Dr. Spock? How did I not know he was vegan?? Coretta Scott King... she was???? I had no clue! I also thought it was interesting that there were quite a few pro-skateboarders listed as vegan. Very cool. I now feel compelled to find a way to bring up Coretta Scott King's veganism in every day conversation... :)

The voice for Homer Simpsom makes perfect sense to me now; in the Simpsons Movie there was a scene I could only think of as vegetarian when Homer rescues the pig.

I agree with Andre 3000. I think I'm in love with him. Also Common and all the guys from Dead Prez. They even rap about it! I guess I think it's cool because usually vegans are the hippie type, and they're taking it to a different audience.
"I'm vegan but I still gotta get that cheese!" -Common (I just looked up those lyrics and they say "I'm peakin but..." but I KNOW he says vegan! Otherwise it wouldn't make sense!)
And check out the Dead Prez song "Be Healthy." It will blow your mind!

I can't say I have a favourite actor/actress, celebrity, etc, as I don't follow stuff like that. But I must say I had quite the chuckle at Andreas Cahling (Mr.International Bodybuilder). I think I'll bring up his name the next time someone asks me how I get my protein.. LOL!

I love Casey Afleck! But I think the list might need to be updated because he is listed as a vegetarian and I know is is a very strict vegan.
