"Change your Food, Change your Life" movie

Has anyone seen this movie? It encourages veganism from a health perspective. Netflicks carries it so I put it on my list, but I was just wondering if anyone else saw it & what they thought of it.
I just saw it a few weeks ago! I really liked the lady that made it--but veteran vegans will not find any new info in it! It's really targeted at omins that have no clue about what a veg*n would eat--you kno the people who think you only eat salad everyday!

oooh thanks so much Capture!!! I'm certainly not a "veteran vegan". I recently have been feeling like I don't know what to make for dinner, even with all these vegweb recipes, so I'm sure she will have some tips for me. Plus, maybe I can get my husband to sit through it with me ;) ok, I'm going to put it on the top of my list now!
SHe's really funny and she really does give you a lot of good ideas about what to get at the grocery store and items for breakfast, lunch and dinner at restaurants. Her recipe for naco bake looks awesome too! i really want to try it! If nothing else she will make you smile!
