I'm reading this as I'm munching on my dinner: just picked tomatoes, sliced with a dash of sugar, salt and balsamic vinegar; cucumber salad (thin cucumber slices steeped in sugared rice vinegar; and greek olives
it has to either be guacamole, or smoothies...I can't get enough of smoothies these days! Also, anything brined or pickled. One of my roommates made brined carrots (slightly fermented) last winter and it was all I could do not to eat them all...yum
mmmm making me wish it was summer, but a big healthy fruit smoothie sounds soooo good right now! : )
