Parma (www.eatintheraw.com) is a nutty, cheesy, rich condiment that can be tossed on top of anything and make it ten times better. It is is my latest obsession. I was introduced to it during lunch at VegNews, where it is an office staple/addiction. They put it on everything, from popcorn to salads to pasta, and have made me a true convert/obsessed crazy person. I'm now buying it in bulk. I wish that were a lie. Pizza made with Daiya cheese, pineapples, mushrooms, green pepper, and seasoned veggie burger crumbles. Or just vegan pizza in general. I get so hungry when I am on this site!

Broccoli. Cheezy broccoli would be lovely. The fake sauces just don't cut it.

We have big salads for dinner almost every night. I think this would be a delicious addition!
