Cuddling with my kitty cat. :) I love him.
My body needs all the help it can get. That sounds wonderful.
Peace to all

I like to curl up with a good book by a stream or lake, and much on a Leftover Easter candy vegan cookie!
Ojo Caliente Hot Mineral Springs!
sipping a green smoothie outside, or tea on a colder day
i like to sit outside with a good book and some sunshine.
Beer, I'm not gonna lie. Or just having time to myself(rarely happens)
Just stop what I'm doing and do some deep breathing. That relaxes me. Maybe put on some relaxing music.
As cheesy as it sounds, I love sitting on the couch, surfing the internet and watching my little hamster LadyBear run around in her plastic ball. It's so cute, I can't help but laugh and relax!
A nap.
I love asking my boyfriend to scratch my back or rub my feet before bed. It's hard for me to relax by myself, however. Walking is actually very relaxing for me, so I go walking to somewhere green! Chamomile tea works really well, despite it's simplicity. A long hot bath or shower. Also, just a pillow full of hot water (Fomentek bag) can help, especially on those cold mornings! And, despite my wanting to make everything homemade, I love the blue oil from Aveda and the Origins "Peace of Mind" that smells so lovely and relaxing. Usually, eating well and often also helps me out. If things get really stressful, I usually write down what I need to do on a blank piece of paper and put it away - it helps, somehow. And I even go as far as taking a St. John's Wort pill called "Positive thoughts" - sometimes you need something really strong! Sometimes I go find a random meditation video on youtube - some are surprisingly good! Well, as you can see, I need to relax a lot hahah! Good luck to everyone on the contest!
Contemplating nature, being around animals - my dogs - and listening to the sounds of the forest.
Wine ! Gelsey , fireplace going , music i like and computer!
i have a very hard time relaxing. yoga really helps me, and after i do that meditating and a massage are great reinforcers.
I love a glass of wine, some good music, and a bath!
Bath, book and a fine glass of Pinot.
A great organic meal followed by some quiet time for meditation.
When I need to relax I turn off my phone(very important!) and go for a walk in the park. Regardless of the weather, being in nature calms me down.
having a cocktail on the front porch, spying on the neighbors :)
laying on the floor with my cat cuddled up to me, lots of pillows, some easy music, and a vegan chai tea...especially during the fall months! Happy October!
