What do you do when you're not on VegWeb? I take intensive French lessons every morning and one afternoon a week. The other afternoons I'm often trying new baking recipes, studying French, or walking around the beautiful city I call home.

One unique thing should know about you? I've never tried Seitan or Tempah :0

What’s the best thing about being vegan? (if you are!) Eating such delicious food! Being vegan has introduced me to so many delicious foods!

Favorite romantic recipe on VegWeb? My husband loves "Simple Blueberry Muffins"

Favorite recipe on VegWeb to make for non-vegans to show them how amazing vegan food can be? A lot of the cakes and desserts, my recent favorite is the Pineapple Upside Down Cake recipe.

Favorite healthy recipe on VegWeb? Carrot and Red Lentil Soup, delicious!

One thing you wish you could make vegan but haven’t succeeded at yet? Crepes, hopefully I'll get better!

#1 Cooking secret/tip? Always add hot sauce

Three people you'd most like to have dinner with? Norah Jones, Barack Obama, my dad (he died when I was 16).

All time favorite restaurant? Spice of India in Geneva, Switzerland...it is amazing! Their lemon rice is the best!

French fries or ice cream? right now I'm craving sweets all the time, so ice cream!

Soy milk, rice milk, almond milk? Rice milk!

Tofu, tempeh, or seitan? tofu, for sure!
