Hi Everyone,
I've been eating vegan for three weeks now but I've been using recipes from this site for years! My food journey has been a long and gradual one as I've become more knowledgable, and I finally eliminated all meat and dairy from my diet after reading The China Study by T. Colin Campbell. Eating a vegan diet has been an interesting adventure for me since I am also gluten intolerant, and I cannot eat soy on a regular basis. This site has been a wonderful resource!

welcome! You're in the right place for recipes, advice, encouragement and support.
There are also a whole heap of gluten/soy intolerant veg*ns on here so you're in good hands there too when it comes to alternatives and advice.
The China Study has quite a reputation for being a 'vegan-maker', congrats on making the step, and look forward to seeing you around the forums more : )
Welcome Anave,
We're in a similar boat and made a similar journey funnily enough. I'm gluten intolerant and became vegan over time due to reading The China Study among other books.
Have you ever checked out www.fatfreevegan.com? You don't have to go fat free to find some great recipes on there and they will be marked gluten free if they are. Very useful!
Cheers,
Janel

Thanks for the suggestion! I hadn't come across that site yet but it looks like there are plenty of good recipes to try.
Happy to help! It's my go-to site after VW.
Nice to meet you! Welcome! Best of luck!
