I am just looking for some tasty breakfast ideas and want to know what you other vegans are eating for breakfast.

I'm not a vegan but I'm sure someone could advise you on substitutes. I like to take eggs, mix in kosher salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Cut up tofurky italian sausage, peppers, onions and saute them until they are cooked through (or to your firmness) mix in the egg and cook. I have pans that I can put in the oven so I top with shredded soy cheese and bake at 350 until the top is golden. You can throw in other cooked veggies if you like

Or I take whole grain bread toast, top with steamed lentils I get from Trader Joe's and top that with shredded soy cheese and nuke until melted...
I eat this (without some of the nuts) pretty much every day: http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=23815.0. If I'm not at home, I usually try to acquire some type of oatmeal. It's the only thing I've found that's healthy and keeps me full all morning.
Tofu scramble (green and red peppers, onions, NY, soyrizo) :)>>>
I'm not much of a breakfast food person, so I tend to have two lunches instead. :)
This morning I'm thinking of making a cucumber sandwich, with spinach and hummus.
Nom nom
Stitches
Molasses muffins and English Breakfast tea
Egg-in-a-basket.
Cut a hole in a slice of bread/toast, stick it in a frying pan, pour tofu omelet batter goo into the toast, maybe with a hummus yolk if you feel like making it look authentic. Fry until it'll hold together enough to flip it... and then just cook until the other side of the bread is toasted.
If you don't feel like bothering with mixing up tofu, then muesli is good too.

what is this "hummus yolk" you speak of? i'm very intrigued. do you just put a blob of hummus in the middle? when i was younger and learning to cook, i made eggs in a basket all the time. it was my fancy breakfast. :P
As of late I am obsessed with pumpkin or carrot spice muffins and strong black coffee.
However, in the winter I also really like bananas and peanut butter on toast, sprinkled with cinnamon and oatmeal with cinnamon, agave and fruit.
And I like to make mexican-ish hot chocolate by adding cinnamon and cayenne pepper.
Banana Pancakes
Biscuits & Gravy
Waffles (when I have the time)
Envirokidz various cereals
Oatmeal w/ bananas
Scones w/ tea or coffee
Coffee Cake w/ tea or coffee
Tofu Scramble w/ grits or toast
No wonder I can't lose any damn weight....DOH!!!!!!!
