What should I make with all these cranberries?!

I work at a hfs and sometimes we can get stuff for free (expired, bruised, etc.). Anyway, I got two bags of cranberries that may be a little past their prime, but definitely good. I made cranberry sauce for christmas, but that only took about 1/2 a bag. What should I make with the rest of them? I'm kinda "cranberry-sauced out," btw.
the cranberry salsa recipe on this site is great
This looks yummy: http://www.recipezaar.com/Vegan-Cranberry-Pumpkin-Bread-143246
Or maybe something more savory: http://www.chooseveg.com/display_recipe.asp?recipe=40
If you have leftover cranberry sauce, my BF's grandma made these yummy sweet potato/cranberry things for Christmas. It was just thick slices of roasted sweet potatoes topped with cranberry sauce. They were simple and delicious!
Go back to Iron Chef 2007! There was a cranberry battle about 12-13 months ago, no?
This looks really good... http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2007/11/fresh-cranberry-sorbet.html
Have you thought about tarts? Pie? Lemon cranberry muffins (or scones)! You could dry them too...?
You can always freeze them until you decide what to make - they freeze beautifully for up to a year.
I like Vcon's cranberry-orange nut bread and ED&BV's cranberry sauce drizzed over ED&BV's white bean-spinach phyllo rolls. Yummmm. I know you said you were sauced-out but this sauce is great with this particular recipe.
Also I've made cranberry-banana smoothies that have been quite tasty, too.
And if you have a dehydrator you could split them and make your own craisins!

yes yes, I second that. Crasins are delicious. Or put them in muffins, well sweetened muffins.
I second scones. Fruit and nut scones.

This is for a cranberry tangerine crystallized ginger relish. I made it for Christmas. It was very good. Good on a "turkey" sandwich with some tofutti cream cheese. Or you could add some oil or water and make a good salad dressing with it.
I experimented with a Cranberry Pear Tart. It was awesome. Though I have also made a cranberry upside down cake that was excellent! I think I got that one from Fat Free Vegan.
You can make a cranberry sauce for broiled tofu. You can add it to apples and large pearl couscous to make a tart cold salad type dish. You could puree them and make syrup out of them to use in sauces or baked goods. You could simply freeze them and pop them in smoothies for a bit of a bite.
My last idea is to make a sharply peppered seitan and smother it in a sweetened cranberry gravy. I would base the former on Seitan o'Greatness and the later on a simple flour / wine roux with simmered cranberries in it, though I think blending it would perfect the texture.
I totally forgot to reply to this. I ended up making cranberry scones. I used the recipe from JVB, subbing cranberries for the currants. They were pretty damn good. I stil didn't use them all. I've been eating them as snacks, but they are getting a little to "ripe" for that, so I think i'm gonna freeze 'em. Thanks for all the replies!
Oh, and on a side note...I had a few craisins leftover from something (yeah, cranberries out the ass at my house), and I stirred them into some vanilla soy delicious. Why don't people do that? Why have I never seen ice cream with dehydrated cranberries? It was pretty freakin good.

YAY! I am enjoying one vicariously through you. I haven't had a scone in a LONG time and the Chicago Diner ones that WF carries only has the Fruit and Nut ones seasonally... and it's not this season.
:(
Glad you enjoyed them!
