What do i do with carrot pulp?

I just made a carrot-orange juice and now i don't know what to do with the pulp. any suggestions?

Cake or muffins? Add it to a tomato, or pasta sauce.

Colleen (PG) said one time that she feeds it back through her juicer a couple of extra times to get some more fiber in her juice, then she adds what's left to muffins/quick breads.

Sounds like a nice base for a curry dish.  Just add some curry powder and veggies.

mmmmm carrot cake is a fab idea!! i shall do it tomorrow with the pulp of that juice, cuz now my pulp is kinda gross. haha sb, ill send you a picture, how bout that? teehee

A PICTURE WILL NOT SUFFICE. I need edible evidence of the outcome or you're lying about the existence  of said pulp.
